I came to the Max Spielmann store in Yeading Tesco last week and i was helped by a wonderful young lady (i can’t remember her name but I remember her saying it started with an X). I needed to print out some pictures for my son who is very sick and has been placed in a care home and although I was very emotional, she made it very easy. She was supportive and allowed me to talk about my son and helped me print out pictures of my grand children and I’m sure I talked her ear off but she was so patient. So disappointed with the service Daniel. We struggled for over 20 minutes even after your little help at the beginning. Really missed the lovely Indian lady who has been there in the past - so friendly and helpful. We will vote with our feet and order online next time as no benefit in going to the shop which is also more costly. Don't mind the extra cost when you get the good service. Sorry to say it is a thumbs down 👎

I was served by a lady called Raj who was on her lunch break but still kindly assisted me when I told her I was in a hurry and was also on my lunch break. She took 2 photos let me choose the best one and printed all within 5 minutes. The service was quick and efficient and Raj was polite, approachable, paitient and helpful throughout.
