AMAZING. Went in to get our first ever Passports today from Morecambe branch and it was so easy. Saving all the messing about and confusion online. What a stress free pleasant experience. All sorted by the manager ( Emma i think she was called ). From the professional photos taken and uploaded there and then Emma told us what documents we needed to get this done. No messing. I am a 74 year old woman who is reasonably ok with computers but as I rarely have photos printed I forget how to do it. On the last 3 occasions I have been to the Morecambe shop, a very friendly, helpful young lady has come to my rescue. She sorted them for me whilst talking me through it, without being dismissive or patronising as so often happens. One of my orders was for 68 - 7 x5 prints.
