After walking into the lancaster branch and being very disappointed from the service of the two males working 14.2.26 I was very much reluctant to go into morecambe and emma and bernie were out of this world. Im in customer service and this is what I expect. 10/10 nothing was too much trouble exceptional customer service from start to finish. Credit to the company!!! Go see them they won't disappoint
