I would like to leave a heartfelt thank you to the two lovely ladies who helped me in the Morecambe shop. I was feeling a little unsure and needed assistance, but they were both so patient, kind, and respectful throughout. AMAZING. Went in to get our first ever Passports today from Morecambe branch and it was so easy. Saving all the messing about and confusion online. What a stress free pleasant experience. All sorted by the manager ( Emma i think she was called ). From the professional photos taken and uploaded there and then Emma told us what documents we needed to get this done. No messing. Great service from the two ladies in Morecambe. I came in with a tatty print from 1967 not thinking it could be saved. The not only resorted it, but put it a lovely frame for me too. Great Service Girls
I am a 74 year old woman who is reasonably ok with computers but as I rarely have photos printed I forget how to do it. On the last 3 occasions I have been to the Morecambe shop, a very friendly, helpful young lady has come to my rescue. She sorted them for me whilst talking me through it, without being dismissive or patronising as so often happens. One of my orders was for 68 - 7 x5 prints. I came into the Morecambe Branch today 10/12 on my half an hour lunch break to print off some instant photos as I have done many times before I thought it would be a quick and smooth sailing experience. However today once I’d selected my photos on the first machine as you walk into the store my receipt printed off I waited for about two minutes and no photos were printed.
