I entered the store today with my baby for a photoshoot and we had such a wonderful experience with Amy (Bursledon branch). She was so patient, gentle and attentive, making sure my little one was comfortable the entire time. The session felt relaxed and enjoyable and she captured the sweetest moments! The photos she printed for us were beautiful and I’ll treasure them forever.
Tesco Bursledon Tesco Bursledon, Max Speilmann, Went to have rmy holiday photos taken of a lovely young lady, very polite asked if needed any help. ( think she was called Abi, long straight r hair?) She went through the procedure on how I transfer my photos to the photo machine. Went through the sizes I wanted and helped me changed a few photos to be a better quality! I was over the moon with my photos. The young lady even stayed past her closing time to help me.....excellent customer care.

I was served by Charlie - the second he greeted me, I knew I was in capable hands. He looked after my requirements very well, seemed pretty knowledgeable (about visa requirements, at least), and seemed to genuinely care about helping me. Despite my needs being met, Charlie was adamant that I should get in contact if I ran into any issues with my visa application. He also tried to give me his pen. Next-level customer service.
Just taken 5 photos in on a USB stick to be printed. After being told it would be 45mins to an hour...not instant...3 of the 5 are shocking. 2 have the wrong colouring in and not full picture and one has my head and feet cut off. The staff were bolshy and generally unhelpful. Will never use again.
