Last friday 14th November 2025 around 17h I went to this place to do my passeport photos. The lady say to me .. sorry but the camera is broken all day (she was really busy on her computer) How it's possible? ... all day? Difficult to believe...
I was served by Charlie - the second he greeted me, I knew I was in capable hands. He looked after my requirements very well, seemed pretty knowledgeable (about visa requirements, at least), and seemed to genuinely care about helping me. Despite my needs being met, Charlie was adamant that I should get in contact if I ran into any issues with my visa application. He also tried to give me his pen. Next-level customer service.
Just taken 5 photos in on a USB stick to be printed. After being told it would be 45mins to an hour...not instant...3 of the 5 are shocking. 2 have the wrong colouring in and not full picture and one has my head and feet cut off. The staff were bolshy and generally unhelpful. Will never use again.
Spasmodic service - two members of staff helpful one quite frankly downright rude in the way she spoke to a younger woman in front of customers - totally unprofessional. Products? Pictures fine frame broke in less than an hour - would I recommend them to anyone else? Erm NO unless all you want is pictures
I hadn't a clue how to download, and print .your staff in Tesco were really great I think her name was Melanie? She was so patient and kind even though you were all so busy she showed respect and patience with me Thankyou
