My recent experience at your Stratford Road, Shirley location on December 1st, 2025. I had high hopes for a memorable baby photoshoot, having purchased a voucher offer from your website. Unfortunately, my visit did not meet my expectations. When I arrived, I gestured my wishes to a staff member, a gentleman with glasses and curly hair, regarding the photoshoot. Took advantage of the newborn photo shoot offer (on their website) whilst getting baby passport pictures done. The photos are beautiful and very very well priced to have printed, with no pressure at all to buy more. The staff were all incredible, I’ll definitely be back for more pictures and any other photo needs I have
Been 3 times and never able to take photos. Every time I come they tell me a new date to come in and when I do they say no we don’t have a light, honestly for a photo shop it’s quite funny 😂 personally think the staff can’t be arsed. Definitely the next one to go bump sadly as if the photography shop stop taking photos not to sure how they’ll survive…
Needs more care. Went in to take kids passport photos. While staff were friendly it felted rushed. Photos taken very quickly after waiting around for well over 5 mins in a store with one other customer and two staff. Would have prefered a few seconds spent on asking them to tidy their hair and straighten their clothes. I am paying £13 for photos, i dont want a photo with hair infront or crooked smile.
We went to retake passport photos. The lady gave us strict help after checking our receipt even though we took the photo in another Timpson shop. She is professional and gave us 100% guarantee that the new one can meet the authority requirements. She is ture! Thanks for your help!
