My recent experience at your Stratford Road, Shirley location on December 1st, 2025. I had high hopes for a memorable baby photoshoot, having purchased a voucher offer from your website. Unfortunately, my visit did not meet my expectations. When I arrived, I gestured my wishes to a staff member, a gentleman with glasses and curly hair, regarding the photoshoot. Took advantage of the newborn photo shoot offer (on their website) whilst getting baby passport pictures done. The photos are beautiful and very very well priced to have printed, with no pressure at all to buy more. The staff were all incredible, I’ll definitely be back for more pictures and any other photo needs I have
Amanda was amazing! We had a family shoot with our 4 month old daughter. She couldn’t do enough and was so helpful, kind and professional. I will defo be coming back and only to Amanda! X

I visited the store to get my baby's passport photo sorted. The member of staff was ever so friendly. She took the photos very quickly, which was great as my baby was only a few weeks old and quite fussy. She made conversation and genuinely appeared happy to help. Would definitely recommend. I was also quite impressed with how the passport stickers also come with a unique code that you simply enter on the Gov.uk website, rather than having to upload photos.
