Visited Stratford Road Shirley branch today & as always I was greeted with smile & a welcome. I think her name is Ellie. I use the shop fairly often but I always need help with printing the photos & making decisions. She’s so knowledgable so patient & really helpful. I’ve bought several photo albums & frames, it’s just a lovely little shop with an amazing pleasant assistant.
Wonderful experience on a busy Saturday morning! Ellie was absolutely excellent. Despite having multiple customers to look after, she was friendly, patient and incredibly knowledgeable. We originally popped in for passport photos, but ended up taking part in the Summer Smiles competition and having a photoshoot for our toddler and newborn! The children were so happy, and the photos turned out absolutely beautiful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you, Ellie, for making our visit so special! 🌟
