I have bad experience when i go there no one is at counter and i want urgent because of my party.
Disappointing experience despite initial kindness We came in to get passport photos taken, and the lady who took them was very kind and professional. However, when we returned another day to have the photos cut, we had a very unpleasant experience with a different staff member. When we politely asked if she could cut the photos, she replied, “Don’t you have money to buy some scissors?” — which was extremely rude and unprofessional.
