Was so helpful , couldn't fault the staff , Lorraine and Tracey, printed 2 pictures and advised on the frames , was a five star service , well done 👏

Today we attended the shop in grays and needed help to do a photo birthday card and was helped by the assistance Tracy who was very patient and informative and I got a good result it’s so nice people are happy and friendly in there work thank you Tracy

This is the first time that I have visited Max Spielman as I wanted to get passport photos. Lorraine Tracey was so helpful, she took my photos straightaway and explained the process of taking up the offer for them to arrange my passport application, send it off by courier service and the costing. I have taken advantage of this service as it is all done in one go, just take along your passport and then it is collected by courier to the Passport Office and new passport is sent back. Job done. Thank you very much.

I have received terrible service on my visit to this storebon Tuesday 17 june 2026 at approx 5.15 pm. Store member was very rude to me and showing frustration of why i have came at this time. Also they will miss their bus because of that. Even though the website clearly reflects the closing time is at 5.30 pm.
