Fabulous wee find, been twice now with different staff each day- all brilliant. Really really helpful even when I just needed a quick document print. Came back to get it properly printed & framed. Easy process & great service

I hate being photographed but I urgently needed a new passport photo so I went here to Max Spielman in Tesco. The young lady was so friendly and helpful, and the whole passport process explained. Quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend going there for any photo needs.
The new online passport service works well but the photo ID checking can be a bit hit and miss. After three rejections using photo booths which were all verified and passed by the booth software, I went to the Max Spielmann in-store shop in Asda Silverburn and talked through the issue with Chris who sorted it out for me and provided me with a new image which he verified on their systems. Went home, uploaded the new image - success! Passport now on the way. Thanks Chris for the friendly, efficient and knowledgeable service.
Colin the manager was excellent dealing with me as he was the last time I was in Tesco. He is the reason I went back to buy a picture frame.
