Excellent service from Toni, so efficient, helpful and friendly. Toni was working on his own, he had 4 customers waiting but he dealt with it so well, kept us all informed of how he was going to get to us all. Great customer experience in this store from Toni
I bought from them a disposable camera which had 27 pictures. Used it for months collecting memories and then when I got my pictures after handling it to the shop for printing there were less than 20 printed, of which some fully black. I asked the worker of the shop and I was told ‘it happens with these cameras’ ‘it’s a risk’ ‘maybe some metallic stuff fried the camera’ ‘maybe you didn’t use the flash’ ‘maybe you didn’t use it correctly’ . I have been charged 50£ for copying papers not happy with the price , I can buy a printer with this price
I’ve visited this place a couple of times now and have had the pleasure of being served by Josh, the manager. I just want to commend him for his outstanding customer service. He’s incredibly welcoming and makes you feel completely at ease. His approach is exactly how customer service should be—professional, friendly, and without any hint of criticism. Truly a great example of how service should be done! you will get places keep being you!:)
I got there for a few minutes to close hour. I missed my way, I rang and the most soothing and calming voice gave me directions on how to locate the place behind Tesco. I was literally shaking but he was very friendly and made me feel at ease. I don't know the young man's name but he is an angel. I will recommend Max Spielmann services a billion times.
