I've just been in to get some passport photos from the Portsmouth branch, in The Bridge Centre. The photo we did at home was rejected by the Passport Office! The lady who did my photos was quick, v friendly and efficient. She helped me send off the new photo online. This all took about 5 mins. I'd hardly been back in the car 2 mins, when the Passport Office emailed to say my application had been approved. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼. If I could give 6/5 stars, I would.
I visited this store yesterday at 5:30 PM to print a photo, and my experience was disappointing. The staff member, Ollie, initially told me that the photo couldn’t be printed in good quality because it was from WhatsApp. I then offered to have my wife email the image instead. He responded that they were closing in 30 minutes, making it seem like he was unwilling to help. I got there for a few minutes to close hour. I missed my way, I rang and the most soothing and calming voice gave me directions on how to locate the place behind Tesco. I was literally shaking but he was very friendly and made me feel at ease. I don't know the young man's name but he is an angel. I will recommend Max Spielmann services a billion times.
I got my passport photo taken at a different branch but it got rejected. Came to this branch and was served by an awesome staff who took a look at the picture and immediately knew what needed to be corrected. He had a great attitude and was very welcoming and positive. He said he has never had a photo rejected in two years and true enough, this time round my photo was accepted. I am so grateful! He deserves a raise.
