I visited your bitterne branch after recieving very poor service from your Tesco bursledon branch. I walked into the shop and was greeted with a friendly smile and helpful tone. I then explained what I needed and I think her name was Mandy went over and above to help me with what I needed to be done. The photos came out absolutely perfect and just what I wanted. I really hope that Mandy will be rewarded for her great service and you don't often get this.
Magnificent customer service. Mandy took great care to ensure my husband's birthday collage was exactly as I wanted.
Used quite a few times over the years, always really helpful and keen to shore how to use the machines. Great series.

Been here twice to get photos from my phone printed... the staff could not be more helpful. They helped choose frames the first time, and the 2nd time I brought my own frame and the chap EVEN PUT THEM IN THE FRAME FOR ME... I was pleasantly surprised with such amazing service... Will never go anywhere else now!
