I visited your bitterne branch after recieving very poor service from your Tesco bursledon branch. I walked into the shop and was greeted with a friendly smile and helpful tone. I then explained what I needed and I think her name was Mandy went over and above to help me with what I needed to be done. The photos came out absolutely perfect and just what I wanted. I really hope that Mandy will be rewarded for her great service and you don't often get this.
Magnificent customer service. Mandy took great care to ensure my husband's birthday collage was exactly as I wanted.

Been here twice to get photos from my phone printed... the staff could not be more helpful. They helped choose frames the first time, and the 2nd time I brought my own frame and the chap EVEN PUT THEM IN THE FRAME FOR ME... I was pleasantly surprised with such amazing service... Will never go anywhere else now!
Just been into the shop in Bitterne to print some photos and the manager was so rude abrupt to customers and also her staff. Yes they were busy but there is no need for rudeness. She is giving a poor image of the business and shouldn't be working in the shop with that attitude. She has put me off going back to be honest.
