Excellent service today in Bitterne from Mandy. I came in for an A3 print of some art work I’d made for a family milestone birthday and could not be more thankful for Mandy’s customer service and general lovely demeanour. Thank you very much!

I visited your bitterne branch after recieving very poor service from your Tesco bursledon branch. I walked into the shop and was greeted with a friendly smile and helpful tone. I then explained what I needed and I think her name was Mandy went over and above to help me with what I needed to be done. The photos came out absolutely perfect and just what I wanted. I really hope that Mandy will be rewarded for her great service and you don't often get this.
