Super helpful staff, patient when helping you edit photos and very knowledgeable about what is possible with their software when trying to improve the look of old printed photos. A much better experience in store than trying to use the website!
Poor customer service, went to the branch at Asda Spondon today to get 2 passport photos for my children to be told by the young girl working there that she can't take the pictures as she's processing other photo's and to come back in 15 minutes - which is fair enough. I returned in 15 minutes to be told again, she still could not fulfill my request as some people were on a photo booth, I pointed out they were printing phone photo's- nothing to do with the passport booth? Went into Asda branch to enquire about t shirt printing. The young girl was extremely helpful … gave me all the information I required … is going to order t shirts and I go back in a weeks time to get them printed. I would recommend thank you
Really friendly and speedy process Bruna was at the Max Spielmann Derby Intu centre store. So thankful she helped me, my wife and our baby son with passport photos. Highly recommend to anyone else looking for this service! Kind regards, Ben
Went here thinking to get a photo (for Visa) taken by a professional but the photo was poorly taken. Not correct exposure, eyes not in focus. Not sure if It would be accepted by the embassy, will have to wait and see. It would have been better doing it myself. TBH, Printing and other services were good.
