Recently visit your in store shop at Castlepoint , Greeted pleasantly by a young lady called Leanne,. was having problem cutting and cropping a awkward size image on my phone , Very efficiently printed out required size and even mounted it on to a nice wooden background ! Would give no stars! I spent £20 on the camera which I took on my trip to Australia. And used all 27 photos looked forward to getting them back after my trip. Paid £15 to have them developed which took 2 weeks. For only 15 out of the 27 to print in the worst quality. Asked the lady who was no help at all! Don’t waste your money!!!!! £35 to end up with 9 photos and 6 blurred ones! Upset more than anything as those memories from my trip have been lost now! 😔
