I would like to thank Emma for all her help this morning. I needed some documents printed and I had no idea how to go about it. Emma took my phone and within 2 minutes had printed everything I needed. She wasn't only helpful but very polite. She is a credit to the store. Thanks again Emma 😉
Great shop and the manager is top person he was so helpful and done a great job for my daughter and her friend
So helpful at the Bridlington branch. I knew it would take me a week to sort out my passport application and I needed decent photos anyway, so I just asked the assistant to do it all for me. It took less than 15 minutes and I had my new passport two weeks later. Excellent service, very friendly and chatty. Thank you 🙏.
Aside from the shop being small and cramped, the single young lady left running the shop is incredibly efficient - the sort of person the 80/20 rule is all about. The twice I've been in, couple months apart, with an order that required large photo + framing, the lady got it spot on right. All this while juggling other customers, constantly having to break away from 1 thing, to help another with something else. I frankly don't know how she does it.
