Being a 63 year old technophobe I only recently discovered you can print photos direct from your phone! Today I was served by Molly in the Four Seasons branch....what a delightful young lady. She welcomed me warmly explained everything and produced the print in seconds. Her customer service is superb....when I was running a company I would have poached her from you. A very satisfying and pleasurable experience...and I left feeling I'd made a friend. Thank you
