I went to the Ilkeston Branch and the Manager who has served me on a few occasions was so helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I was there on Friday and she was dealing with 5 customers at the same time. She was calm and polite to each customer. She is an absolute credit to your team.

Lovely shop (Ilkeston) Every time I have been in, the staff are so helpful and friendly. On my last visit I got stuck using the self service machine and although the assistant ( Cathy ) was already serving someone she spared time to help me too.. She was so calm and unhurried and made us both feel like very valued customers. Also the quality of the prints are great and the prices are very reasonable. A great service.
