i came in a couple of times to get some photo baubles and photos printed and even though the shop was busy the staff were amazing Kayleigh was really helpful and got everything done for me 5 ⭐ customer service and I was really pleased with my items thank you so much I will definitely be back !

A month ago I put an old VHS tape in to be transferred to DVD. It was in LP, but they got it all on and it was fine. Encouraged I took a similar tape in for transfer. It took longer than before, but the last 30 or 40 minutes is missing from the DVD. I had watched the tape before taking it in and it was fine. Now the end of the tape has been damaged and no longer plays. They returned it to me without saying anything about having issues with the tape and pretended it was all there. Staff were really helpful. The photo from the kiosk in Tesco was awful but they retook in store for free. Great service, will pop in first next time
