After asking if they print PDF documents, the female assistant didn’t know what it was. After explaining I was told that it is not a problem to print. I emailed the document twice whilst I was inside the store and despite it being sent from my iPhone I was advised that “as Tesco’s roof is so big, it interferes with the signal!” I was then asked to stand outside in the car park and send the email a third time. Regrettably, my experiences at this establishment have been less than satisfactory. During my initial visit, the employee on duty exhibited a dismissive and unaccommodating demeanor. While I initially attributed this to a potential isolated incident, a subsequent encounter with the same individual revealed a consistent pattern of unprofessional conduct. Went to get some photos printed today and was made to feel like an inconvenience by the very rude lady there as I was there with my baby in the pram (also pregnant) she tried to get me to leave my baby the other side of the shop (I know it’s a small shop but still don’t feel comfortable with that) so I told her my baby’s staying by me, don’t think she was happy with that as I was then rushed to get my photos done as I was ‘in the way of other customers’ bearing in mind I had stood outside and patiently waited until it was my... read more
I went to have a passport photo taken at the Tesco Llansamlet store, and was extremely disappointed by my experience. The lady photographer was very abrupt and seemed to lack any customer care skills. I jokingly asked how many attempts I get, to which she replied very bluntly that she takes one shot and that it isn't a fashion show! I totally understand that a sensible approach has to be adopted, however perhaps a policy of 3 attempts might be acceptable, at the end of the day each photo takes seconds only!
