Went here today was about to open the door when a voice from nextdoor (Timsons) said I'll be there in a minute, the member of staff too busy smoking a fag and chatting away......great customer service, kept me waiting outside in the rain. Left there and went to the Maxspielman in Asda instead.

After asking if they print PDF documents, the female assistant didn’t know what it was. After explaining I was told that it is not a problem to print. I emailed the document twice whilst I was inside the store and despite it being sent from my iPhone I was advised that “as Tesco’s roof is so big, it interferes with the signal!” I was then asked to stand outside in the car park and send the email a third time. I visited the store at tesco llansamlet and I must say the help I get there is 10 out of 10 , Bridgette is very helpful and understanding. Thankyou , definitely call again like always.
Regrettably, my experiences at this establishment have been less than satisfactory. During my initial visit, the employee on duty exhibited a dismissive and unaccommodating demeanor. While I initially attributed this to a potential isolated incident, a subsequent encounter with the same individual revealed a consistent pattern of unprofessional conduct.
