I visited the store at tesco llansamlet and I must say the help I get there is 10 out of 10 , Bridgette is very helpful and understanding. Thankyou , definitely call again like always.

After asking if they print PDF documents, the female assistant didn’t know what it was. After explaining I was told that it is not a problem to print. I emailed the document twice whilst I was inside the store and despite it being sent from my iPhone I was advised that “as Tesco’s roof is so big, it interferes with the signal!” I was then asked to stand outside in the car park and send the email a third time. Regrettably, my experiences at this establishment have been less than satisfactory. During my initial visit, the employee on duty exhibited a dismissive and unaccommodating demeanor. While I initially attributed this to a potential isolated incident, a subsequent encounter with the same individual revealed a consistent pattern of unprofessional conduct.
