Went here today was about to open the door when a voice from nextdoor (Timsons) said I'll be there in a minute, the member of staff too busy smoking a fag and chatting away......great customer service, kept me waiting outside in the rain. Left there and went to the Maxspielman in Asda instead.

I visited the store at tesco llansamlet and I must say the help I get there is 10 out of 10 , Bridgette is very helpful and understanding. Thankyou , definitely call again like always.
After asking if they print PDF documents, the female assistant didn’t know what it was. After explaining I was told that it is not a problem to print. I emailed the document twice whilst I was inside the store and despite it being sent from my iPhone I was advised that “as Tesco’s roof is so big, it interferes with the signal!” I was then asked to stand outside in the car park and send the email a third time.
