Most of my items were destroyed by Rodents and including their poop all over everything. My couch set was destroyed by mildew and mold. Once we removed everything out of the storage it was dead rats and poop everywhere very disgusting.

Buddy was awesome. Called me back and had me fully set up over the phone in under 10 min. The first guy i talked to definitely only hits fours, but sometimes you need a little dust to really appreciate beauty. The dude calling back & setting up accounts is on his stuff

I just moved in here from another storage facility and I love it. The sing-up process was easy. I did it all online. Got the code, got my keys without ever seeing anybody which I love. I can come anytime I want to and nobody’s got a problem with it. I don’t fit the average person‘s schedule so only having access to my storage for certain hours of the day was not working for me. Max Vault made the rental process so easy - I was able to speak to an actual human- no phone trees or robots! I called on Saturday (after 6pm) and started moving my stuff in 20 minutes later. The facilities are well maintained, great pricing, and they even provide a lock for your unit. 10/10

Highly recommended... I had the pleasure of speaking to Alexander. Very professional very patient explained everything. He made the process so easy ... And to top it off they have one of the best rates for storage rentals.
