Most of my items were destroyed by Rodents and including their poop all over everything. My couch set was destroyed by mildew and mold. Once we removed everything out of the storage it was dead rats and poop everywhere very disgusting.
I just moved in here from another storage facility and I love it. The sing-up process was easy. I did it all online. Got the code, got my keys without ever seeing anybody which I love. I can come anytime I want to and nobody’s got a problem with it. I don’t fit the average person‘s schedule so only having access to my storage for certain hours of the day was not working for me. Everyone from the customer service to John onsite was very helpful with my mom getting her into her storage unit on the day we started looking. The best prices we found in Tallahassee and it was fully gated, clean and bright. Thank for taking care of my mother.
