Dr. Jason Yen has been my dentist since I arrived in Canada in 2023. He did my root canal, and it has been excellent ever since with no issues. He is very accommodating and always takes the time to answer my questions, which I really appreciate. The front desk staff are also very helpful and kind. I highly recommend this clinic. :)
I met Dr. Bill Stankoven on a personal level first, and I became a client BECAUSE he's one of the most personable & genuine ppl I've ever met! I had a dental cleaning appointment today with Samay and she is a capable, gentle, kind and communicative dental hygienist. She also accommodates my schedule and made appointments after her shifts for me to finish cleaning. As a matter of fact, this was the best dental cleaning experience I've had in my life, so highly recommend this hygienist! One lovely woman came and met me on the street so I could find my way in, prior to open hours. You kind! And my hygienist was the most gentle I ever had, plus did a great job and was really sweet! Always nice to see either dentist and staff - I have come here for years. The lady at front counter was a bit grumpy but ... all around I love coming here (even if going to dentist is not my fav thing to do ;))
Despite moving out to the Westshore we have chosen to continue with Mayfair Dental. They have greater flexibility with appointments (offering weekends) and wonderful hygienists. The dentists are fabulous and don't push you in to more expensive treatments. If they can find a more economical way to accomplish things they will. They are also very helpful navigating insurance claims with multiple providers (with different rules). Excellent service all the way around!
