Poor customer service. Food quality is horrible. Manager was rude. Hung up on me. When order was placed I asked that my food not be dry. It was extremely dry. NO SAUCE ALL!!! She said she put extra sauce. Was only making her aware not asking for a refund. When I asked for manager she said ,I am and hung up.
Ordered a pizza tonight knowing that they were slammed. We had no problem waiting the HOUR that it took. Unfortunately pizza was not checked as we got slammed at work till 07:55 pm. Called to let them know that the pizza was Completely wrong. Like ordered BBQ chicken pizza (bbq sauce, cheese, chicken) ... there was no sauce on the pizza maybe a bland white sauce and bacon and onions. There is a lady, who is believed to be one of the managers there that decides to make orders for what she wants. She is lazy, vapes on the food, loudly complains and never gets orders right. She refused to give proper service, and it was never backed up. This lady needs to learn some general appreciation for the customers that make her able to pay her bills.
