I seldom ever leave bad ratings, but the quality of the food has steadily gone downhill here. The young lady at the window was very professional and friendly, but the 2 pizzas were terrible. Not only did they not taste good, but one pizza wasn't sliced at all, and the other one was sliced with a 6 inch wide piece followed by a 2 inch wide piece. i love this place! i worked here before but tonight i came in after my nephews christmas program and i asked the cashier if they could clap for him because he’s a shy kid and he actually sang i didn’t expect the ENTIRE employees to come and clap for him! this is an amazing place amazing food every time its the best pizza place in claremore!!! thank you so much for making a little boys dreams come true!

Ordered our pizza well done, as we always do. Received a black burnt pizza. Customer Service said it was ok because I ordered it well done. Doesn’t seem right to me. We always order well done and it has never come to us like this.

Ordered a Ham and Cheese Hoagie for the first time in many years. Wow, what a huge disappointment. Minimal lettuce and one 1-in slice of tomato on both halves of the sandwich. It was super dry because there was like maybe a teaspoon of dressing on both halves. If I could give it zero stars for one of the saddest little excuses of a sandwich, I would. Done with you all

I hadn't had Mazzio's pizza in at least 15 years. It was just as good now as it was the last time. I like that they are changing and adding items like gluten free crust for those that have that requirement.
