This is the worst pizza I have ever ordered. It had a thick almost film like layer of grease on it. Almost looks like someone poured old pizza grease on it. I ordered hand tossed and the crust appears to be hand tossed but the rest of it is thin and soggy from the grease. There is barely any sauce on it. We did not eat it. I called to see about a refund and that I would bring the pizza back but all they could do was issue me a credit for the two pizzas to use within 60 days. The lady who helped me was nice and helpful. She and another guy greeted me as I came in. The only issue i had is that my lemon pepper wings was extremely salty where they wasn't enjoyable. I wished I would have known before I brought them home. Mind u I placed the order there and waited for it, then drove 10.5 miles home to eat them.
I’ve always enjoyed Mazzio’s. We go to this one for carry out and have always had a pleasant experience. The last time we were there the cashier didn’t have the best attitude, and the inside of the restaurant is sad looking. Could definitely use a makeover. I haven’t been to the buffet so I can’t judge that, but that salad bar usually looks pretty decent as long as it’s stocked. The pizza is always pretty good. I used to work across the street from this Mazzio’s like 20 years ago and would often go there on our lunch break for the buffet. Well everything is still delicious and nothing has changed! I was excited to order again so I got a variety. Everything was delivered fresh, hot and FAST!
Man! I used to love this place and had to get it whenever I came to town! But something happened idk if it’s new owners or what but I got an 4 meat Calzone and it’s so empty on the inside I think it’s only a 1 meat! It’s as thin as flatbread.
