If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered a chicken Alfredo last bake which I’ve had from a different mazzios and was delicious. This disgusting, pathetic, non-edible, sad noodles with NO Alfredo sauce whatsoever is what came in place. I’m appalled. My husbands pizza was pretty gross too. Not mazzios quality.

This Mazzios has a buffet all day everyday!! Which is great. Its reasonably priced and the salad bar is always stocked. The staff is very nice. And they keep the buffet nice and tidy, even during the rush hour.

Absolutely disgusting experience. We ordered pizza from Mazzio’s, and when the box arrived, two roaches crawled out. We immediately called the store and were placed on hold for 20 minutes, only to be told we couldn’t get a refund. The food was completely inedible and the customer service was just as bad. Completely unacceptable and deeply concerning from a health and safety standpoint.

Worst experience ever. I ordered pizzas for a baby shower and all were burnt, dry, no sauce, and hard crust. The calzones, too. Absolutely inedible. Waste of money! They wanted me to send the pizzas back as proof but I wasn't aware of the problem until after the party when I went back to help clean. This was at a work event. I sent them what was left over in the break room after most was trashed, and they said the pizza was fine.
