Arrived at quoted time just to be told my order wasn't made yet, I waited an additional 46 minutes with my children on a hot summer day. I do feel bad for the guy working ,he said he was the only one there. I understand why management schedules less ppl, but I don't understand How it is acceptable to provide people with poor service .

This location makes the best calzone in the city! We tried the N Penn location multiple times and they were flat and empty. This location has full, plump, cheesy calzones. Also had a tasty thin crust pepperoni. Will be back! Thanks y’all! We ordered to-go.

I haven't had mazzios in 20 plus years. Went back and pizza was better than I remembered. Service was amazing. Only 2 guys were working and They were short staffed and busy but got us our pizza fast and had amazing customer service despite the lack of employees. I would recommend this location to anyone in del city.

I have never experienced a level of customer service this abysmal. We tried to place an order online, but it wouldn't go through. At 1:14pm we called the Del City store and, after PROVIDING A PHONE NUMBER, they were able to find the order to get it pushed through and paid for. At 2:20pm we still did not have our order. We called again, PROVIDED A PHONE NUMBER, and were told our food was ready, but they were waiting for a driver to return, it would be at least 20 more minutes, while our food sat getting cold.
