Arrived at quoted time just to be told my order wasn't made yet, I waited an additional 46 minutes with my children on a hot summer day. I do feel bad for the guy working ,he said he was the only one there. I understand why management schedules less ppl, but I don't understand How it is acceptable to provide people with poor service .
I haven't had mazzios in 20 plus years. Went back and pizza was better than I remembered. Service was amazing. Only 2 guys were working and They were short staffed and busy but got us our pizza fast and had amazing customer service despite the lack of employees. I would recommend this location to anyone in del city.
This location makes the best calzone in the city! We tried the N Penn location multiple times and they were flat and empty. This location has full, plump, cheesy calzones. Also had a tasty thin crust pepperoni. Will be back! Thanks y’all! We ordered to-go.
I have never experienced a level of customer service this abysmal. We tried to place an order online, but it wouldn't go through. At 1:14pm we called the Del City store and, after PROVIDING A PHONE NUMBER, they were able to find the order to get it pushed through and paid for. At 2:20pm we still did not have our order. We called again, PROVIDED A PHONE NUMBER, and were told our food was ready, but they were waiting for a driver to return, it would be at least 20 more minutes, while our food sat getting cold. I would leave 0 stars if I could. They completely dropped the ball on customer service and communication. If we had received our food, it would have been cold and gross because they took so long to even tell us the address was missing due to their website's malfunction despite calling them twice. Their website did not work despite several attempts so we called to place order. After asking for phone and name, they told us we had placed order 10 times, but had no payment info.
