Stop here, your stomach and wallet will thank you! We stopped here during traveling. The staff is so friendly. Great to talk with. The place is clean and comfortable. The food is soooo good. A must go to place in Mt Vernon, MO!!!
Came here about two weeks ago and waited in the drive-through for over an hour before I was finally refunded due to there being no manager and nobody to make the pizzas. Decided to give them another chance and luckily there was a manager present, however it did take 2 to 3 business days to get my pizza and by that time the fries that I had ordered with it were cold. We called ahead to check if the buffet. Availability and was told that it would be open until 8 PM and then drove a 1/2 hour to get here, and it's not available today. Nothing offered just rude service
Upon entering the salad bar was the first thing to notice. Salad was browning and wilted so I didn’t bother ordering. We ordered a pizza and cheese sticks. The cheese sticks were overcooked and lacked hardly any cheese. We addressed this with the gentleman who brought us our food, he said it looked normal and walked away. Food took about 45 min to an hour to receive. Prior experiences have always been good, but we know now not to come when the weekend crew is in. Probably won’t visit again.
Little did these people know that I do these reviews quite often but the manager couldn't find number 8 on my order or our receipt I ordered my food inside I didn't think that I would need a receipt and you wouldn't think you would when you're ordering inside for inside service at this establishment now I've eaten at these establishments all across the Midwest and I don't have a whole lot of complaints except for this store today did not even bring me my pizza or my money back they gave my friend their money back because the... read more
