Food was to be expected but the service was absolutely terrible! I will never spend my money here again. I asked when paying if there was sweet tea available and the cashier said the should be. When I went to fill my cup of course the sweet tea was empty. I told the same lady it was empty and she said ok, I waited 5 minutes, went back to the same lady again and asked if the tea was going to be changed. Just tried to order the crustless pizza, but the worker said we don’t have that. Refused to ask their manager. Yet you can order it online and pick up at that location. Educate your employees, and offer better customer service. They were hateful.
We walked in and 3 people were at the counter. Said they would be with us in just a minute. All 3 walked away and didnt even ask if we were ready to order. I had been standing at the cou ter for at least 5 minutes. We decided to leave and spend out money elsewhere.
We are used to going to the one in Edmond and it is always hot and fresh. My wife and I went to the Choctaw location and what a mistake. The pizza was old and cold, the salad bar was disgusting. Lettuce with unknown stuff on it and wilted looking. I would highly recommend going somewhere else until they deal with their problem. Management being one.
I wish I could give zero stars. My husband and I decided to try Mazzios in Choctaw today the buffet looked horrendous and when they finally brought out new Lettuce for the bar there was a dark green nasty film on it. I went to the counter and asked for the manager and requested our money back. I wouldn't let my dog eat here! Discusting! I will not go back. I'll drive 50 minutes to the one I know I like.
