We've been filling our tanks here for years and they are always polite, professional and reasonably priced. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Had an issue with our propane tank after hours yesterday. I called the emergency number and spoke to Jethro. He followed up this morning to see if we were still having the same issue. Yes the valve was still leaking. Jethro called me back and the guys were coming to fix it today. Lynn -our propane delivery guy- showed up and showed out!!!! I never imagined they would the valve replaced so quickly. Definitely happy that we have McAdams propane!!!!!
Tiffany at the Marshall facility went above and beyond with her customer service. She was very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable of our problem with our propane products and made sure we were 100% satisfied with our service! Thanks!
The company to which we had been loyal let us down repeatedly, so when we saw the McAdams truck on our road, we flagged it down. The driver could not have been any more awesome and customer service-oriented. We're McAdams' fans now and have told anyone who will listen to get their propane from you.
