We've been filling our tanks here for years and they are always polite, professional and reasonably priced. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Had an issue with our propane tank after hours yesterday. I called the emergency number and spoke to Jethro. He followed up this morning to see if we were still having the same issue. Yes the valve was still leaking. Jethro called me back and the guys were coming to fix it today. Lynn -our propane delivery guy- showed up and showed out!!!! I never imagined they would the valve replaced so quickly. Definitely happy that we have McAdams propane!!!!!
The company to which we had been loyal let us down repeatedly, so when we saw the McAdams truck on our road, we flagged it down. The driver could not have been any more awesome and customer service-oriented. We're McAdams' fans now and have told anyone who will listen to get their propane from you.
Early this morning, I received a text from McAdams Propane that a delivery had been scheduled! Wasn’t long and the truck showed up, filled my tank, and left! I didn’t have to greet the driver, didn’t have to instruct the driver… I don’t have to monitor the level in my tank, and I don’t have to contact McAdams to request a propane delivery! McAdams does ALL that for me! I couldn’t be more spoiled! Thank You McAdams!
