This place has been nothing but peaceful, If you want to live here please respect everyone around. The staff here have been respectful, kind and willing to listen to concerns. We went to see The Ambassadors of Grace, a duet who sing gospel music. It was a wonderful show with a great mix of old and new Southern Gospel music, some of the old hymns, and a whole lot of fun. The facility made for a good venue with a nice size stage and good lighting. No seat was too far from the stage. There were a mix of people from within the park, and from outside the park. This park is quiet, clean and spacious. The staff is always helpful and welcoming. The pool and spa are kept very clean as well. Everything you need is within 5 minutes of travel, including the stop lights.
Moved here in 2020 after the other park I lived in for 13 yrs. in McAllen was taken over by a corporation. So glad I did. MMP has many many activities like dances, bingo, shuffleboard. More importantly, friendly residents and ownership and staff which are second to none.
The people make it a great place. Like living in a small town where everyone knows everyone and you'll always get a wave and a smile.
