We were looking for a realtor with local knowledge and a keen understanding of the market in our area. McAteer and Will Estates turned out to be that realtor. They came over to the house, made a fair assessment, and gave good advice. Additionally, he was very patient with us as we investigated the various possibilities. Kyle has sold 3 houses for me and I would use no one else. He is quick to respond and communicate with me so I am clear about everything that is going on. He’s fantastic. McAteer and will do the best job with taking pictures to enhance the lighting and general aesthetics of my properties using drones and lenses that made my houses look amazing.
