Patrick Burd and team were attentive and helped make the process of buying our home streamlined . The only negative thing I would say is using a local agent may have made it easier since it is not easy to get in The Hideout. The scheduling of showings due to distance on both sides was difficult at times.
Stacey was very knowledgeable and provided professional efficient service. She helped us buy a house we love and made the whole process quick and easy! McAteer WIll Estates was organized and the customer service was incredible. They had resources ready for us from inspectors to exterminators and beyond. I would highly recommend Stacey to friends and family looking for a home in this area.
We just finished closing on our new home! My husband and I are in love with our home. Kyle has made this process as smooth and easy as possible. We are first time home buyers and we thought we were going to be overwhelmed. He was very patient and answered all questions and concerns I had. Kyle was there every step of the way. Patrick was a pleasure to work with and went out of his way to accommodate our needs. Laura Hawthorne had showed us a home in Patrick's absence and also was there for the closing. She went out of her way to make the closing very easy for us and could not have been more helpful. The closing agent, Barbara Hine, was so nice and even came to the house to do the closing.
