Patrick was extremely helpful and his information about the area was crucial to our choices. "Friendly, supportive and knowledgeable" fails to describe his help during a stressful transition in our lives. He "had our back" during the entire process. He provided crucial expertise and was a valued sounding board during our negotiations. My wife and I consider Patrick a friend and he knows that he is invited to the home he helped us purchase once we get settled.

Timothy Babicz did an amazing job helping us purchase our very first home. If you are looking for a quick sale, they are good. We were told, however, that our house would appraise, according to "the data," more than 10% less than the actual appraisal. Luckily, we bumped the listing price higher. We should have gone higher still, as other realtors had advised, and what Zillow said it was worth after we listed. But we trusted their data.
