After visiting several houses with Hector Quintero, we decided to go with a new construction in Pine Hill Farm Luxury Estates in Milford, PA. We closed on the land on August 7, 2025 and are awaiting the closing for the construction loan. Hector kept in touch via texts, emails and phone calls. He put us in touch with a mortgage broker familiar with new construction loans and this particular property. Hector also helped us retain a local attorney.
