Timothy Babicz did an amazing job helping us purchase our very first home. If you are looking for a quick sale, they are good. We were told, however, that our house would appraise, according to "the data," more than 10% less than the actual appraisal. Luckily, we bumped the listing price higher. We should have gone higher still, as other realtors had advised, and what Zillow said it was worth after we listed. But we trusted their data. Patrick was amazing throut the entire process We were out of state & purchasing the house w/out seeing ot. He took videos & provided honest evaluations of properties viewed for us.
