First off, Laura Hawthorne was a phenomenal agent who me and my wife loved working with. She was very knowledgeable in the areas we were searching for and it was a huge help that she was able to work out of PA and NY. We ultimately settled in NY, and she helped us find our dream home. Patrick Burd and team were attentive and helped make the process of buying our home streamlined . The only negative thing I would say is using a local agent may have made it easier since it is not easy to get in The Hideout. The scheduling of showings due to distance on both sides was difficult at times.

We just finished closing on our new home! My husband and I are in love with our home. Kyle has made this process as smooth and easy as possible. Patrick was a pleasure to work with and went out of his way to accommodate our needs. Laura Hawthorne had showed us a home in Patrick's absence and also was there for the closing. She went out of her way to make the closing very easy for us and could not have been more helpful. The closing agent, Barbara Hine, was so nice and even came to the house to do the closing.
