I hired Lisa McAteer to sell a home/property in Milford, PA. After signing the listing, I was introduced to her partner Carl Will, who handled most of the logistics during the process. I must say, I was enamored by their immediate marketing and successful showing of the property to numerous buyers. That is definitely their strong skill. The end result was achieved and the house was sold. Unfortunately, negotiating and achieving the maximum price was floundered. I can understand, with only 3 years' experience, they could have been a bit more patient and gotten a higher price. Lesson learned. Overall, I am satisfied with their hard work and ultimate results. I would encourage any owner who urgently needs to sell their home in the Milford, PA area to hire McAteer Will Estates as their Realtor.

Justine Eichner was the best possible match for a realtor that I could have hoped for. From the start she was knowledgeable and put forth the effort that a lot of realtors that I’ve dealt with in the past didn’t bother to give. She found homes that fit what I was looking for while giving me the options I needed. I can also be a bit needy with questions and such sometimes to be fair and never once was my “constant need for attention” returned with anything other than an amazing professional approach to what I needed. On top of it all once you deal with her, you just feel like she’s a person you’ve know forever. As far as the realty company itself, top notch. Everyone I encountered there was amazing and the fact that they have a massive moving truck that you can use because you did business with them is amazing. Long story short, you won’t be disappointed if you’re lucky enough to get Justine as your realtor!!

Justine was amazing! She always communicated no matter what time of day. If we had a question she responded! She truly was with us every step of the way. She was positive and always encouraging especially in our situation that took approximately 6 months to close on our house! We got to know her more than most and we definitely wouldn’t hesitate to contact her again if the need arose!
