I would like to first and foremost congratulate Ms Laura for a job super well done. I've been in this place before in comparison with the ZEN feelings and vibes at this establishment I would ruin the feel. This experience can be scary and hard to navigate without knowing what to expect in an environment full of strangers discussing your private life. But I have to say I’ve been attending classes for about 5 months now. Utmost professional staff. Well prepared and experienced. Very well meaning and caring. Down to earth, very understanding of individuals and their personal situations. Initial expectations were shattered, began to view the opportunity as group therapy and very much came to enjoy the experience. Amazing staff. Extremely caring and will do whatever is in their power to help with individuals experiencing mental health issues all the way to substances.
Helped me maintain my sobriety.,till this day. Councilor Melissa from the Bridgeport office helped me out from the beginning to the end. She remains part of my sobriety team.i truly appreciated her n all the work she did...
