This experience can be scary and hard to navigate without knowing what to expect in an environment full of strangers discussing your private life. Utmost professional staff. Well prepared and experienced. Very well meaning and caring. Down to earth, very understanding of individuals and their personal situations. Initial expectations were shattered, began to view the opportunity as group therapy and very much came to enjoy the experience. Amazing staff. Extremely caring and will do whatever is in their power to help with individuals experiencing mental health issues all the way to substances.
My experience with Mellisa was amazing. She is kind and very understanding. I have never meet a counselor as wonder as she.
How am I suppose get help and be successful when they want to charge me $300 a week for IOP....Thats insane. They said I have to meet my deductable of $2000 before my insurance pays it. I understand that. But still $300 is not reasonable. My mortgage is $1590 a month. Hopefully I could work something out.
MCCA help me on my recovery help me identify my triggers and how to prevent them the staff is amazing especially Melissa she has help me a lot and is the best
