What an incredible counciling program!!! The staff is very knowledgeable and very patient. The staff WANTS to see you succeed. You get what you put into it. If you listen to the councilors and really understand what’s going on with yourself, your strength and courage will set you free. Amazing program to start a new life!!!!
Honestly, this place is incredible and has played a huge role in my current mental and physical health. The Conflict Resolution group run by Justin was incredibly informative and open minded. I also found their Relapse Prevention, run by Amanda, to be incredibly helpful. Plus the level of care and investment that Amanda shows running it is genuinely heartwarming and encouring. Grateful to Amanda and the MCCA Derby team for the support and guidance during my time with them. Amanda met us at a personal level and encouraged us, allowing us to talk about our feelings openly without judgement and providing us with resources to navigate our behaviors and emotions positively! Was a wonderful experience once I decided to take it seriously. Had tried several times before. The staff was helpful in all aspects of my recovery and helped me graciously with all my questions and problems that came up during my time there. Was knowledgeable and very professional. Also was as personal as possible within the guidelines
My experience has been phenomenal. Dawn Hall has helped me immensely in my journey of wellness. Also Beth Balko has also been a tremendous help. The one on one and the groups are fantastic.
