Absolutely wonderful place. I was at MCCA for detox and in service treatment at McDonough house. The counselors there are fantastic. They fully understand addiction and are there to help at any time of day. Emily and her team went above and beyond for me when I needed help the most and for that I am forever grateful. Kratom addicts are going to need muscle relaxers and gabapentin to be comfortable through withdrawal. The muscle spasms and insomnia get extremely bad. They made me take a cab 2 hours away because theyre the “ only ones who treat Kratom”. All they give you is Ativan. Literally my hospital 10 mins away has Ativan.stressful waste of time.
This place did not help my son! Never gave meds he needed, He was hallucinating then discharged him with no paperwork at 5:00am and mind you he lives over an hour away! Thank god for the lady at the Marriott for letting him use the phone and stay in lobby while he waited for me to pick him up I called cause I had concerns and the lady I spoke to Hung up on me!! 😡
By far, it was an exceptional experience.. Love Love 💕 is what I felt and they made you most comfortable when needed . Michelle you are the best... thank you so much for your love and your support and you just being here and being you. Alex I like your charisma, it was nice meeting you as well.
