M c c a has amazing resources and has helped me so much. I attended I o p and now I am in a weekly wellness for women program. The counselors are warm understanding and brilliant. Of course , in the beginning , I didn't know what to expect , and in the past counseling , I received I considered it ridiculous pop psychology. This program was an eye-opener. It didn't just tell me 'don't drink,' but actually taught me practical skills to handle peer pressure and manage stress without relying on alcohol. The focus on setting personal goals and understanding my own triggers was incredibly empowering. I feel much more confident in making healthier choices for my future.
