I love this place they have help me in more ways than one. They truly saved my life. I am truly blessed to have met all the amazing staff, who work hard at changing and saving people's lives. I have been a client over the years and highly recommend them to anyone that needs help in recovery and mental health.
My experience there was great. I feel like hands down this treatment facility treats clients with the care they need to succeed in life. Hands down I think they were the best treatment I experience thus this far.
Wonderful clinician helpful. Attentive. Will talk to you one on one. Cares about your problems. 5 stars for Carissa and simone
I started my recovery journey with MCCA New Haven 4 years ago. I completed the IOP and relapse prevention programs. Throughout my time the staff, the counselors and the APRN have supported me in every way possible. They listen, they care and they don't judge. I will be forever grateful for the help they have given me. My life gets better every day that I am sober and I celebrate every year of my recovery with them. Thanks
The staff was very polite and caring .Alyssa, the Therapist was excellent, she led the group sessions with professionalism and allowed us to engage with each other which was also a learning experience on different ways to respond/react to difficult situations in more positive ways rather than negative ways.Shout out to Danika, our other Therapist as well, who was also instrumental in achieving our goals.Thank you to Alyssa,Danika and my fellow groupies.Best wishes.
