Great staff ,super welcoming and supportive. If your willing to give yourself the opportunity to change your mindset they'll help fill in a lot of the gaps. They changed my life for the better super grateful for MCCA.
The employees at MCCA are wonderful. For this to be my first experience, they made me feel comfortable. All of them made my experience there go pretty smooth. From the women's groups I attended, to the 1 on 1 sessions, I appreciate it all. Mike was an amazing counselor! I've Never had an issue!!
What I could say abt MCCA Treatment center in Waterbury Staff...I am truly blessed finding staff that really cared about ones commitment of getting treatment. I'm really to miss each and one of you.. Angela, Mike, Jackie, Carolin This programas also depends on oneself if you really want to change ur life start with yourself Look for help... MCCA will guide you...not judge you
I had a really good experience here. Jenn was my coordinator she was an absolute angel, it’s not just about a paycheck with her she actually takes the time to listen and understand the people she works with.
They are very unprofessional they come in to work whenever they want they have you waiting in excessive periods of time like hours They treat people like their above you
