I love living at McCormick House. We have a new and wonderful manager, Donna Adams. She is very warm and professional. She greets you at the front desk and looks you directly in the the eye. She listens and speaks eloquently. Donna never lets you leave without telling you what she will do for you. I always leave with a warm feeling of assurance no matter what. She seems to be the right person for the job 🥰💯🙌
Initial visit is unfavorable. Just left a resident. Their unit was COMPLETELY INFESTED with roaches. Resident hasn't complained, says he thought they already knew. Will update if there is positive change in conditions. Also, no sign-in sheet for visitors. Front desk leasing agent was nice. I hope she's able to get things turned around.

Really decent place for seniors maintenance could be better the janitor is typically nowhere to be found then he comes crawling out the trash shoot when the jobs done thanks Jaqwaundre for your hard work
Mom just moved there. Issue with electric over the weekend. Sent a maintenance person who had no clue on a Saturday. Had to wait until Monday until trained electrician fixed the problem.
