This clinic is a joke!! First I wait an hour and a half in the exam room only to learn the doctor forgot about me. Secondly, I booked an appointment for Saturday morning but needed to cancel. Couldn’t do it online. I had to call the clinic to do so which I am sure you will agree is impossible when it’s 10 am and the phones have still not been turned on. Such a fancy clinic technically but the humans involved leave much to be desired. Will not be going back! 1 star only because I have no choice.
I have been to this clinic twice and have had an amazing experience both times. The online booking means that I can reserve the day before or day of for a rough time. They make it clear that you may not be seen at that time but it beats driving around the city finding somewhere who is taking patients and waiting 3 hours. This clinic charges their patients to transfer their health records to another doctor. The reason why I decided to leave my family doctor here is because their booking process is ridiculous. They are always fully booked for at least 2 weeks and some times good luck getting in on the 3rd week at a time that might work with your work schedule, so if you have any kind of emergency don't count on Dr Collins to be available to help. No major problems - been coming for years. It's not a walk-in clinic, however. You need to book an appointment here. If you are new to the clinic you must register in person before having privileges to book online. 30-min wait is normal for any doctor's office so if you're impatient you will suffer regardless where you go.
Literally the worst experience ever my bf was WHEEZING and couldn’t properly breathe and they lied and said they had walk ins but we have to BOOK WALK INS BEFORE?? what kind of messed up system is this. The reception was soooo rude and literally didn’t gaf that someone actually needed medical attention like what is ur job anyways??????!!!!!!
