Amazing experience, rating is for my Dr as he is the best. The clinic is clean, well lit, convenient for parking and supports my doctor to be ON time for all appointments. Recommend using the accessibility button as the door is heavy, or it's a testament to my lack of arm strength 🤷🏼♀️. However, recent changes to only allow booking online due to reduction in front end staffing and support staff is less than optimal for me. I visit this clinic as a walk-in since I have a family doctor elsewhere, and I’m happy that they now allow online bookings even for walk-ins. The location is convenient with plenty of parking right in front, and there’s hardly any waiting if you arrive on time. The doctors all have different personalities, but overall, it’s a helpful and convenient clinic.
This clinic charges their patients to transfer their health records to another doctor. The reason why I decided to leave my family doctor here is because their booking process is ridiculous. They are always fully booked for at least 2 weeks and some times good luck getting in on the 3rd week at a time that might work with your work schedule, so if you have any kind of emergency don't count on Dr Collins to be available to help. No major problems - been coming for years. It's not a walk-in clinic, however. You need to book an appointment here. If you are new to the clinic you must register in person before having privileges to book online. 30-min wait is normal for any doctor's office so if you're impatient you will suffer regardless where you go.
This clinic is a joke!! First I wait an hour and a half in the exam room only to learn the doctor forgot about me. Secondly, I booked an appointment for Saturday morning but needed to cancel. Couldn’t do it online. I had to call the clinic to do so which I am sure you will agree is impossible when it’s 10 am and the phones have still not been turned on. Such a fancy clinic technically but the humans involved leave much to be desired. Will not be going back! 1 star only because I have no choice.
