If you are new in the NW looking for a family doctor they have a few additional new doctors accepting new patients. Booking is electronic through QR code or phone, but can also call to book. Staff are nice, the doctors take care of you in a timely manner. Visits are about 15-20 minutes. Have not waited more than 5 minutes from my appointment time. Many walk-ins but they manage to fit them. There is a pharmacy in the clinic which can be filled there. Happy with my service I'm receiving.
While the doctors are great, the receptionists fail to do their job. Went there today in person to book an appointment and the receptionist prefered to play solitaire on her phone instead of doing her job. She said she could not make the appointment for tomorrow even though there were availabilities and told me to do it online. I highly suggest you go to a clinic that cares more about the patients then their phones. Highly unprofessional!!!
Dr. Kazeem is a 💎 gem. Professional, caring and thorough. Well trained in the UK 🇬🇧 we are lucky to have her accepting new patients and families in Calgary. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a new family doctor and the well health clinic automation makes booking easy.
Highly disorganized clinic. Untrained front end staff. I was told to drop off a urine sample and when I did, the young girls at the front desk told me to go next door and drop it off at the lab. It's actually a few doors down but I went and stood in line at the lab, only to be told that I need a copy of the requisition as they didn't have one. I was in twice for a meet and greet for myself and then my 2 kids - the receptionists were incredibly kind, I didn’t have to wait for any longer than 10-15 minutes, and Dr Kazeem is WONDERFUL!!! Very happy with my experience here so far.
