Very professional staff. My root canal took longer than expected because my roots were twisted, but they were very friendly and accommodating. i am now pain free. I would highly recommend them.
By far the best experience I've ever had for dental work. If you need a Root Canal, I highly recommend this office. The Dr. is phenomenal! The supporting staff is equally amazing. They made a stressful event absolutely pain-free, easy, and relaxed.
The VA sent me to M.City, which is in Smyrna, which I was not thrilled about. When I got there they did a scan of my mouth which was very quick and easy. The VA sent authorization to M.city for the incorrect tooth. The doc said he could not operate on the correct tooth without getting additional authorization from the VA. They tried over and over without getting any answer. After over an hour someone from the VA finally picked up but they could not authorize it, they spent another hour finding someone who could. I took my mother to Mcity for a root canal.The Dr. was so gracious to explain to her in detail what he was going to do and what was happening during the canal , showing her visually through X-ray pictures So she could understand. Thank you Dr Pitcher. For you patience and kindness.
Dr Brandon Pitcher and his staff are amazing! I came in for an infection under my bridge and everyone worked to get my root canal finished in under 2 hours. I would highly recommend this office!
