Little bit of paperwork & wait, but they took care of me and doctor was honest with assessment of need for an extraction vice a root canal. Appreciate confirmation of diagnosis and next steps.
A sudden onset of pain that worsened overnight while out of town. Called my former dentist in the area who referred me to another which referred me to Dr Pitcher at M.City Endodontistry practice. Ashley was able to fit me in same day. Long root canal procedure at 2.5 hours but successful. A little sore of course, but I would have been in misery otherwise. Very personable staff. Very professional equipment. Excellent outcome. Thanks so much.
Dr. Pitcher was available to take me in right away after my regular dentist made the referral. I am grateful for his staff who also helped in a payment plan. His assistant, Ms Barbara was the sweetest, kind and compassionate person I have ever met!! I was super anxious since this isnt my first rodeo getting a root canal. This office truly cares because I also received a follow up call the next day!! Thank you M.City Endodontics!!!
I had never heard of this dental office. They were recommended. I got an appointment within 24 hrs. It was not an emergency but I did need to get in. It has been years since I needed an orthodontist. There have been many improvements in the items that make the appointment more comfortable. You know before any work is done what your charges will be. Dr. Pitcher was very kind. He explained everything and was patient with my anxiety. His assistant, I cant remember her name, so sorry but enjoyed her accent from Egypt?, was very reassuring also. This is the second time in a year I have had to go to an endodontic treatment, both times I have used M.City at 2 different locations.
