Dr Heather McKenzie has been my doctor for about 10 years. Dr McKenzie has been very professional, courtesy and caring to my needs. Our conversations are very enjoyable and polite while she take care of needs. Dr McKenzie staff work together with a smile and very professional and very willing to help the patients that comes in Dr. McKenzie's office. I enjoy coming to my appointments.
The Dr talked to be with no enthusiasm and like someone who was just going through the motions. I had an issue and the soonest the issue could be treated was 9 months away. Hard pass
Saw doctor for 2 things. He addressed one but left the office when I consented to a future procedure to fix one of the concerns. He never came back to address my other concern but told the nurse he would address it when I came back for the procedure. I will not be returning for the procedure or to the office. Bummer, this organization came with great reviews, not for me .
I was truly disappointed, this was my 1st visit and the requirement was to fill out your information prior to the office visit. I was unable to complete the information prior to My appointment because of some difficulties with my phone. I arrived 10 minutes before my appt. because of unforseen traffic issues and I traveled quite a distance to get there.
