This Dealership knowingly release my daughter truck to her, knowing it had no brakes. Didn’t care for her wellbeing, didn’t even tell her, her vehicle had no brakes. Just gave her the keys and said nothing. She almost ran into another vehicle and had to use her emergency brake to stop. What’s perplexed is she drove her truck to the dealership for a evap diagnostic. And miraculously, her brakes locked up. Instead of fixing their mistake, they want to charge her to fix it. Never to return! They say first impressions are important and they certainly are to me. I called the parts department and the person who answered barely grunted into the phone. No hello how can I help you no friendly tone in his voice, this guy should be working on cars not talking to customers . I called Saturday September 21st at about 12:55 p.m.
