Brycen in the service department is top notch. I have had a few small warranty covered issues completed here. Each time I have worked directly with him. He is honest, timely, professional, and knows how to deliver on his word. Thank you, Brycen!
This was, without a doubt, one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a dealership service department. I truly regret ever bringing my vehicle here. The lack of communication was beyond frustrating. I had to constantly call just to get a simple status update on my vehicle, and getting in touch with my service advisor was nearly impossible. Poor customer service, I would not recommend them for services. I had my battery replaced by them 2 times in a 4 year period and then had to pay for a diag fee when it died again all for them to tell me my battery is fine when it’s not. Manager was rude and basically told me I was wrong, they did a diag and I had to pay for it, although IF someone had told me ahead of time that I would have to pay that dig fee I would have inquired on why it was not covered under the battery warranty. This is by far the worst service department I have ever dealt with. The dealership as a whole cannot keep anything straight. I received 2 calls/voicemails and 2 emails saying I needed to bring my vehicle in for service. So I call them, schedule, come in at the scheduled time and the guy says “you have our maintenance plan, it covers every 7500 miles or oil life at less than 10%, you currently have 14% so it won’t cover this service.” Again, they called me. Have over 8 years coming to this place for my car maintenance, and I never encountered any issues at all. Brycen was my Service Advisor, he was so professional and polite, all staff have been great to me.
