I cannot explain more how much this place was a lifesaver to me today. Taking the kids to school on the first day nonetheless, and realize I have a flat tire. I ran over a 3in nail to be exact. I pulled into the Illinois Road location which I've never been before. I was greeted promptly and my car was taken in no more than 5 minutes later. I had to give patriot tire on fernhill a 1 star because giving it zero stars is apparently not an option. I used to recommend this place to everyone the service seemed great but I don't know what changed but a few years back I noticed things going downhill. This however takes the cake! I'm a loyal customer I give them all my business. I went in because I had an exhaust leak, they told me it was an exhaust gasket and it would cost $280 to fix it, gulp but ok I can't have my car roaring like a lion.
