I needed a fast appointment and your team was amazing. They got me in a day ahead of schedule and then we’re able to get my car evaluated repaired and back to me the same day! Every interaction I have with Best One adds confidence in the work that they do!
Went in for an oil change, but ended up with two new tires and only really needed one new tire also ended up with a new brake job on the front which was questionable, very expensive oil change. they kept trying to get me to have other things done that I possibly did not need done. not satisfied at all.
EDIT: I went to Marlene’s location on Coldwater Road, just south of Coliseum Blvd. Marlene was able to get everything handled. Wherever Marlene is, is the location to take your vehicle. Thank you greatly Marlene, I can’t thank you enough for your awesome service! I came in the morning of 1/23/2026 for a control arm replacement with a scheduled alignment afterward.
