I brought in a good tire and a wheel for the tire to be mounted and balanced for one of my daughter's. I got the wheel from somewhere else, which I took the tire off myself with a couple of hand tools, took just a couple minutes; I needed the rim, but the tire was junk, so got a tire from somewhere else and to my surprise the cost for McMahon's was going to be $46 to mount and balance just one wheel and tire. I reluctantly fill this out. The appointment was set easily but they fell short on meeting the appointment time frame for an oil change. For this I was thoroughly disappointed as I had other appointments. The reason I am giving them 4 stars is because of their reaction and correction. I called about 50 minutes after the appointment time and was told that they hadn't pulled it in yet. I expressed my discontent and explained that I had other places to be that were a priority. I just wanna thank them, they took the time to fix my tire. friday afternoon and I was out of town, they were great. And fast.
They fixed my car up, then contacted me to let me know I had been overcharged and took care of that hassle-free. Then, when the repairs didn't hold up quite as thoroughly as expected, let me bring the car back and got it fixed back up the same day. I was helped this time by Jeff and Nichole, but everyone here always take great care of us. Highly recommended!
