Review update. They did reached out and offered a refund for the break inspection that I didn’t ask for. The full brake inspection was a misunderstanding. I will give them a try again In the future. Went in for an oil change and a tire rotation, and asked them if they could make sure they double check the brake pads while they were doing the tire rotation just to make sure there there was enough left, and that I was going on a fairly long trip through the mountains. Very disappointed and upset had a scheduled appointment with them at eight in the morning to be told that the vehicle was not touched and had not been moved till 30 minutes till closing. And still was not able to find the problem of my AC coolant. Said that we had a leak somewhere. Which is why we schedule it early in the morning? So that it could be serviced. I came in with no coolant after a leak, which they diagnosed as a water pump failure. A week since repair, the vehicle is in good working order, and at $2k in cash to replace the pump and serpentine belt, and an alignment and four mid-tier tires, I got a good deal, a better price than a dealership. I purchased for my stepdaughter, her first car. While I have many regrets regarding the vehicle, I’m so happy I brought it to this establishment. They were able to fix my issue and overlook the car so we can foresee any future issues. (I suspect there will be many and I will be returning to McMahons when those arise -if you are reading this: avoid the jeep compass 🤣 do not buy, especially used) The shuttle driver Curt was so fun to talk to on the way home after dropping the car off! Very good driver and very professional.

Was advised my car was leaking oil…no oil spots in my garage floor, ever. Since the oil change my car is leaking oil. Also advised there was a nail in my tire, nail somehow disappeared on its own. There seems to be an issue here… I was offered a refund, but have not received.
