This is Carol Herlihy’s daughter Deb Lorenzen (dlorenzen12@outlook12.com) I have submitted this review twice from my email and because it is not positive it doesn’t seem to post. While our initial visit with the office was pleasant and hopeful, in my opinion this practice is not the specialist for anyone with Alzheimer’s & dementia. Communication & empathy is poor, staff is rude especially Skylar who is unprofessional. The only staff members that took time to be pleasant & professional were Gloria; Judy & technician-Luis.
