The whole team at MCRM was wonderful, kind, receptive to feedback, and are the reason my husband and I will be welcoming a baby into our family this year. We could not be more grateful to them!! I also never felt at any point that we were being squeezed for profit or misled- Dr.Ahlering was upfront and honest, and we were given lots of helpful cost effective options/ideas. Not to mention that they took our insurance, which was not true of certain other centers. In my opinion this is the best fertility clinic in Tulsa 😊.
I am still waiting for results from my initial lab work, ultrasound, and husbands semen analysis. We paid $400.00 for his test. I was told mine is considered preventive and covered by my insurance. I have BCBSofOK, that is incorrect. Immediately after the initial consult (we did ours virtual), the “financial planning” team calls and rushes over treatment options and pushes to schedule all initial testing. I asked for codes to call insurance to verify this is all covered, they would not provide them even after asking multiple... read more
The initial consultation put us completely at ease and made us so glad that we didn’t settle for any of the other places we had previously had consultations with. We’re only one appointment in, but have total faith in allowing MCRM Fertility to get us to our ultimate goals!
Unfortunately, my experience with Leslie King was very disappointing. She came across as rude and highly unprofessional, especially in the way she spoke to younger individuals. Rather than encouraging or mentoring, she seemed to enjoy belittling them, which was disheartening to witness. Respect and professionalism should be expected in any setting, and sadly, that was not the case here.
